Service Agreement

By using our RV repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Terms

All repair work is performed according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. We provide estimates before beginning work and will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional repairs that exceed the original estimate.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor as follows:

• All repair work: 90 days or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
• Parts: Varies by manufacturer warranty
• Emergency repairs: 30 days parts and labor

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about vehicle issues
• Remove personal belongings from vehicle before service
• Pay for services as agreed upon completion
• Provide access to vehicle during agreed service times

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from customer neglect.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a diagnostic fee.
